Mmhmm, there's Steins;Gate which starts off kinda slow but it's funny and becomes really great by the end. The main guy puts on this mad scientist personality which I love (he is a true unicorn). If you want action, watch Fullmetal Alchemist. You could also try kanon 2006, it has a wonderful soundtrack, but beware it has HIGH MOE LEVEL (it's a harem, #alerttoavert).
