The last bot was 100%, absolutely abused right from the start. karma was used to offend people, output features became tools of spam and personal attacking, roll was abused infinitely (no pun intended), and so forth. The IRC is doing quite well without an IRC bot--I quite like it at its current state of being a calmer, <s>less "ZOMG GAIZ HAI SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM OLOL"</s> somewhat more mature channel than it was before. I refuse to allow a bot that is unavoidably going to become a tool for abuse that does '''absolutely NOT''' benefit the channel in any way to be added to the channel.}}

Well, there has been some talk about a new bot for the IRC. As seen here(Sorry, I forgot to log the other times -_-);

The IRC is doing quite well without an IRC bot--I quite like it at its current state of being a calmer, less "ZOMG GAIZ HAI SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM OLOL" somewhat more mature channel than it was before. I refuse to allow a bot that is unavoidably going to become a tool for abuse that does absolutely NOT benefit the channel in any way to be added to the channel.
