An Item Card is a type of card that is found and used in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. They are mainly used to quickly reload cards while in battle and different types of Item Cards reload different types of cards. Like all the other cards available for use in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Item Cards are numbered from 0 to 9, with the 0 numbered cards given the ability to card-break an opponent's card in play.

Where the player can pick up the different cards as rewards for beating certain bosses or from unlocking Key to Rewards rooms, once in possession, it is possible to randomly obtain additional cards from the Moogles by opening a Moogle Room.

Card Name Location Description
Potion Default Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required. It does not work on cards that cannot be reloaded.
Ether Agrabah; after rescuing Jasmine from the Heartless in the Key To Guidance room. Quickly reloads magic cards with no charge time required. It does not work on cards that cannot be reloaded.
Elixir Hundred Acre Wood; presented by Roo when reunited with Pooh Quickly reloads attack cards and magic cards, including normally unreloadable cards.
Hi-Potion Olympus Coliseum; after defeating Cloud Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required. Even normally unreloadable cards are restored.
Mega-Potion Halfway between 11th and 12th floor, after beating Riku Quickly reloads attack cards with no charge time required and resets the reload counter. Even normally unreloadable cards are restored.
Mega-Ether Halfway between 10th and 11th floor, after beating Vexen Quickly reloads magic cards with no charge time and resets the reload counter. Even normally unreloadable cards are restored.
Megalixir Destiny Island; Key to Rewards room. Quickly reloads attack cards and magic cards, including normally unreloadable cards. The reload counter is also set.
