Seifer is a boss in Twilight Town. He can be fought on the First Day and before every Struggle battle on the Fourth Day. after the struggle on the 5th day you can fight him again but you do not have to. Later, in soras story after winning ten battles against both Hayner and Setzer, he is again a boss, this time for a Struggle.
