Power ( Chikara?) is a material type available in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Power materials contain the essence of strength, and are colored blue.

The "Energy Crystal" in the first Kingdom Hearts was mistranslated in the English release as a "Power Crystal".
