The Grand Ghost (グランドゴースト Gurando Gōsuto?) is an Emblem Heartless that is found in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. It is similar to the Search Ghost in appearance, but has higher stats. It cannot be confronted normally like its counterpart, the Search Ghost, as it is immune to physical and magic attacks, and will retaliate if Sora attacks him in such a manner, or come close to it. Rather, for its HP to be depleted and for it to drop items, Sora will have to use healing items on it.

The way of defeating it is reminiscent of Zombie-type enemies in the Final Fantasy series, which are easily damaged by curative items. He also moves in a similar motion to the Search Ghost.

Grand Ghost Heartless are the only Heartless in Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix to drop a Frost Stone.
