Just to get you started;

-Watashi wa ____ desu.  My name is _____.   The 'u' in desu is silent in informal cases.

-Konban wa.  Good Evening.

-Ohayou Gozaimasu.  Good Morning.  The 'u' in Ohayou extends the 'oh' sound. Oh-ha-yohh.

-Ogenki desu ka?  How are you?

-Sumimasen - Excuse me. 

-Moushiwake Arimasen.  I'm sorry.  the 'u' in Moushiwake extends the 'oh' sound like before.

-Arigatou gozaimasu. -  Thank you very much.  the 'u' is silent at the end.

-Iie (iii-eh) - No.

-Hai - Yes.

-Onegai Shimasu. - Please. the 'u' in shimasu is silent.
