Isn't[edit]

Isn't the world logo The World That Never Was?

I would say the same, The World... --Hecko X 15:36, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
Can I extend this article for you guys? Like include story information, and whatnot?--{{User:H*bad/sig}} 04:45, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
Of course, you're more than welcome to extend or edit anything. Even articles that are "complete" are never really finished, stuff's always open to editing. Scottch 05:08, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Roxas' chair always the lowest?[edit]

I don't think so. I agree that Xemnas' chair is always the highest, but I've been in that room through a cheat device, and Vexen's chair is the lowest, followed by Demyx...in fact, I made a diagram from the tallest to shortest chair.

Xemnas Xaldin Xigbar Marluxia Axel Luxord Larxene Saix Roxas Zexion Lexaeus Demyx Vexen

I made the list, and double checked it, it's based on how the even and odd numbered chairs are positioned. I'm absolutely sure this is how the chairs are.

Hmmm i agree with some, ofcourse this is purely my views, but i cant understand Saix being lower than Larxene, Axel and Xigbar infact i can timagine him being lower than any besides maybe Xaldin, ive been there to through the cheat device but in Final Mix videos Saix, Xaldin and Xemnas sit a top the highest chairs.

actually even in the video's xigbar's (haven't checked any of the other's) is still higher than his

Odd... When I was watching the videos, I noticed Marluxia's chair being above Xigbar's. It was that which made me think about why Marluxia was given charge of Castle Oblivion. If Xaldin was taking care of Beast's Castle, Then Marluxia would be the next most successful person in the Organization. Which would explain why he was put in charge of Castle Oblivion.
Now your statment is odd, Marluxia is obviously a little higher than other members but i doubt he would be higher than Xaldin who to me was always third in command after Saix, but after looking the above order is right but it has nothing to do with rank but success, explaining why Xigbar technically has the highest but not a high ranker because he is a field agent really, doing more outside jobs successfully than say Saix or Zexion who tend not to dirty there hands.

In response to the latest Trivia change[edit]

In response to the latest trivia change, I found it quite educational. Hopefully the person who wrote the suggestion that the tower that's shown in the end scene picture for easy mode in Kingdom hearts I is actually in TWTNW, and that TWTNW was actually inspired by that artwork.

Kudos to that person, and apparently, I hope they join kingdomheart.wikia.com totally. The person seems to be very decisive.

I always thought it was supposed to be Neverland, because that's the only place with a clock tower, and all the characters on the cover there in the game at once. I don't understand that little Gargoyle heartless underneath Donald, though...

Realm[edit]

Would this be a world in between, like twilight town and Castle Oblivion? Or is it a world in darkness?

Realm of Nothingness. -User:OrangeGel

Realm of In-Between pretty dark though

When pete and maleficent arrive to take the castle pete (while refering to their mutual control of the heartless) "This In-between World is way to close to the darkness! they ain't gonna listen to us here" end quote

But Mickey says there's a way into the Realm of Darkness from Twilight Town's Old Mansion. So is it in the Realm of Darkness or In-Between? KHFan592 (talk) 15:28, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

Nomura says it's part of the Realm Between."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 17:12, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

Empty?[edit]

so we have a gigametropolis here with no one visibly living in it. is this a metaphore about Nobodies or do the dusks live there and we just dont see them?--Foutlet 16:51, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

maggosh Strike backwards... "That's a nice expression."

You're terrified, aren't you?

No one really knows. There could be other Nobody inhabitants in the Dark City, but we've never seen them.

you know now that i think about almost every city enviroment is devoid or starved of generic NPC's XD--Foutlet 17:44, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

Its not a Heartless[edit]

The End of the world is also a Nobody world except it is made from the Nobodys of "worlds" and is in close proximity/trying to return to the kingdom hearts of world hearts. while the Nobodys of people congregate to build the the world that never was in proximity to the kingdom hearts of peoples hearts--Foutlet 18:35, December 17, 2009 (UTC)

...no, it's made from the stolen hearts. It is canonically a Heartless world, according to the games and Nomura.Glorious CHAOS! 19:46, December 17, 2009 (UTC)

I can see how that would work out, the now heartless worlds are seeking to return to kingdom hearts--Foutlet 19:37, December 20, 2009 (UTC)

About the Nobodies[edit]

Just an added bit of info : in KHII, the Nobodies are limited to the Castle That Never Was. In KHIIFM, once the player saves clear data and goes back to TWTNW, there are two possibilities : he could either face Mushroom #1 (a Heartless), or there would be Nobodies appearing in the Dark City.

Please get this noted, thanks ! TNÉ Pour Noël je te donnerai le battement de mon cœur… ♥ 01:43, December 22, 2009 (UTC)

Dark City[edit]

Taken from the page :

Although it seems logical to call the main area of the world "The City that Never Was," given the name of the world and the castle therein, the area map that is gained in-game is called the "Dark City Map," implying the name of the city to be the Dark City. This could be a misconception, though, as Sora does not know the name of the city himself when he finds the map, and Jiminy Cricket may have simply referred to it thus.

True, given the information in the English version of KHII. I'm not sure if this applies to Final Mix+, but even the French version of KHII calls it Dark City, as it is in English. And Jiminy wouldn't make such a misconception.

Can someone clear the air for me and find out what it's called in the Japanese version and Final Mix+ ? Please ? Agi Idup Agi Ngelaban ! 15:05, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

356/2 Days[edit]

On Day 356, during the cutscenes, memories of Xion are shown on the bottom screen and slowly begin to fade to static. Couldnt that be the TV screen on Memory Skyscraper? Just a thought.

"Every type of Nobody appears..."[edit]

The article states, "Every type of Nobody besides the Twilight Thorn and the mech-like nobody used by Marluxia in Castle Oblivion appears in Organization XIII's stronghold." However, not all of the Nobodies are pictured -- the Gambler is missing. Is this an oversight or is the Gambler not present in The Castle That Never Was?

It's an oversight. Gamblers appear in Havoc's Divide after you beat Luxord.--Lapis ofthe Night 21:51, April 25, 2010 (UTC)

Days Tracks[edit]

Could someone upload them? I noticed that other pages (i.e. Twilight Town and Wonderland) have the Days tracks, but this one doesn't. 66.215.20.249 06:07, September 29, 2010 (UTC)

New Areas[edit]

With KH3D comes, more or less, a completely new version of the World That Never Was. Only TWO areas from KH2 return, while the other dozen or so are brand new. Are we actually gonna put them all down? --68.230.252.5 19:59, 2 August 2012 (UTC)

Yes, though we still have the Castle That Never Was for Riku's areas. --ShardofTruth (talk) 20:18, 2 August 2012 (UTC)

To add to this, I just beat Xemnas again as Sora and dropped to Riku. I saved and looked at Sora's location, it said: The World That Never Was: Station of Awakening. Should we mention this?--Dream Eater Sora (talk) 13:59, 18 November 2012 (UTC)

Yes."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 09:05, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

Huge[edit]

Should we mention how massively out-of-scale and dynamic TWTNW's overworld icon is in KHII compared to the other worlds? They tone it down in every other game, but still, wowza."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 09:04, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

Flomotion-Through-Walls Glitch?[edit]

678FMS.png I could not believe what just happened! I'm in the Delusive Beginning, and Riku just ended up out-of-bounds after a Flomotion. And it wasn't to another part of that area, either: he was falling down on the outside walls! Fortunately, Riku "respawned" at the starting point, with the area not reset.

TheFifteenthMember Yes. You're creepy. I can't say we'll miss you while you're gone, so it'd be best if you did go. We all win that way. TheFifteenthMember 19:02, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
Did you keep an image of it, by any chance?

UxieLover1994 Nya? — 05:48, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
678MS.png By the time I reported this, Riku was already back at the starting point. I tried to perform it again, but it didn't work, and I had no idea how I even performed it the first time. But I'll keep trying, and if Riku goes through the wall again, I'll take an image and upload it onto my Photobucket account as proof.

EDIT: [Guess I wasn't the discoverer of this glitch]...

In the TWTNW section here, there are two areas called "Darkness's Call" and "Darkest End" that are not in the article yet, so I'm guessing those.

The Station of Awakening in TWTNW, that's illogical. x°

Walk of Delusions/Walk of Illusions?[edit]

On this page it says the name of a location is "Walk of Delusions", but on the Castle That Never Was page, it says the name of that location is "Walk of Illusions." Which one is the correct name? --Elfdemon (talk) 05:05, 30 January 2016 (UTC) Never mind, I just found out that it's Walk of Delusions. I'll edit the page. --Elfdemon (talk) 22:10, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
