In ''Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days'', the reports mainly focus on [[Roxas]] and [[Xion]]'s movements in Organization XIII. While the authors of the reports are not explicitly mentioned in ''Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days'', they are confirmed within the game's official Ultimania guide. Roxas is the only member not to have written at least one report; instead, he uses his own diary. Each is unlocked by completing all of the Challenge Missions (receiving at least one sigil) for its corresponding day{{fact}}<!--is there anything else?--> and achieving 100% completion on all missions on that day or range of days.
