**A Hidden Mickey appears in the center of one of the gears behind the commands in the Hollow Bastion Command Menu. It's only visible when holding down {{button|L1}}, which removes the commands from obstructing it.
**A Hidden Mickey appears behind the commands in the Agrabah Command Menu. It's only visible when holding down {{button|L1}}, which removes the commands from obstructing it, and is next to the third magic command.

**Blaster Blaze is a reference to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.
**Magic Carousel is a reference to the King Arthur Carrousel at the Disneyland Resort.

*In Olympus, striking the heel of a statue in The Gardens causes the statue to fall, a reference to the Trojan War hero Achilles of Greek mythology.
*In Toy Box, a bouncing ball with a red star can be found on the floor in Andy's Room. The ball is a reference to "Luxo, Jr.", Pixar's first animated short, with the ball appearing in every Pixar animated film to date.
*In Toy Box, there are several board games in Andy's Room, "Tin Toy", "Knick Knack" "Red's Dream", references to the Pixar animated shorts of the same names.
*In Toy Box, a sticky note in Andy's Room has a doodle of Mike and Sulley from ''Monsters, Inc.''. Mike is largely cut off from the doodle, a reference to a running gag in ''Monsters, Inc.'' where Mike is regularly blocked or cut off from images featuring them both.
*A Pizza Planet truck can be seen in the parking lot outside Galaxy Toys, in a photo on a bulletin board on the Scare Floor in Monstropolis, and on a sticker on a cupboard in the kitchen of Le Grand Bistrot in Twilight Town.
